Whole30 day 10-14 done.. still going strong :) New simple yummy recipe up!!!

Wow 2 weeks of my whole 30 has already passed and i am still going strong. It feels great to be eating clean, however i do miss having some paleo treats. So for my birthday coming up next month I will make a paleo party for my family and friends. I can’t wait 🙂

Went out dancing to a salsa club saturday with a few friends and it was fun, i am not used to wear heels anymore so my feet were killing me after a few hours hahaha. I love wearing heels so I guess I need to try to wear them more 😀 I must have missed the memo about it being a black/ white party. Almost every person in the club had a black or white top on hahaha. Oh and you can’t go out without taking the mandatory bathroom picture 😀

  • Breakfast: Spinach superfood coconut omelette
  • Lunch: Salad
  • Dinner: Parsnip, carrot, turnip mash with beef patties, lingonberries
  • Evening snack: Berry smoothie topped with buckwheat flakes, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut and walnuts

Day 11


  • Breakfast: Smoothie with 2 eggs
  • Lunch: Baked sweet potato with lemon dill butter oven baked salmon and salad
  • Snack: Banana and 1 egg
  • Dinner: Was not hungry so I had some smoothie

Day 12


  • Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, sandwich turkey, sauteed spinach and 1/2 ruby grapefruit
  • Lunch: Oven baked sweet potato, meat sause and a salad
  • Dinner: Ate out had a salad

Day 13

  • Dinner: Sweet potato fries,  pork chop with garlic parsley butter and bearnaise sauce

Day 14

  • Lunch: Parsnip, carrot, turnip mash with pork chops lingonberry and salad
  • Dinner: Scrambled eggs, sandwich turkey, sauteed spinach and 1/2 ruby grapefruit
  • Snack: Yummy tropical nice cream


Recipe: Avocado berry yogurt


  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup blueberries and raspberries
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Blend and enjoy with toppings of your choice 🙂



Silky Chocolate Mousse Recipe :D

I was sick for over 1 week so I stopped the whole30. I will not resume but start over. Either this monday or the following. I know you don’t have to start on a monday, but it helps when counting the weeks and days 🙂

Oh la la I really needed something sweet this evening and I wanted something that was fast too. So I made this 4 ingredients chocolate mousse, that is so silky and smooth. Super duper yummy I want more hahaha.


Silky Chocolate Mousse recipe:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cacao
  • 1 fresh date

Put it in a mixer, mix it together and enjoy it. MMmmmmmmm

Maca Lucma Banana Pudding hits the spot

I have been reading about Maca in smoothies for some time now and I wanted to try it out myself and yes it is really good. It taste a little like candy 😀 so it hits the sweet tooth. Well what is Maca?

Maca is a root in the radish family that grows in the Andies Mountains of Peru. The Peruvians have been using it for over 3000 years, its also called Peruvian Ginseng. This miracle superfood has some great benefits: It helps to balance hormones, boost energy, fertility, memory, packed with vitamins like B, C, E, Zinc,  Calcium, Iron and Amino Acids, immune booster.

Maca Lucuma Banana Pudding

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder
  • 2 tsp Lucuma Powder
  • Cacao Nibs
  • Shredded Coconut
  1. Mash the banana, stirr in the Maca and Lucuma powder and top with cacao nibs and shredded coconut. Got the tips to top with cacao nibs from a friend.

Maca Lucuma Banan Pudding

  • 1 Banan
  • 1 tsk Maca pulver
  • 2 tsk Lucuma pulver
  • Cacao nibs
  • Kokos flingor
  1. Mosa banaen och blanda i maca och lucuma pulvret väl. Toppa med cacao nibs och kokos flingor. Fick tipset att toppa med cacao nibs av en vän.

Day 2, Week 2! Whole30 Day 16 done!!!

Today started out so so..didn’t sleep well. I went to the gym and it felt good. However my wrists started to hurt. So i had to lower the weights, no fun. But i have to be patience and have to focus on strengthening them. I am determined 🙂

This evening i went to Leadership Bootcamp my church Hillsong Stockholm is having.  WOW it was amazing and what ever negative feelings i had before went away. It was uplifting and informative. Love it  😀 so now i have lots of energy hahaha and i feel fantastic!

Week 2, Day 2 of the #dmotiv8or challenge back/ biceps day!
It went well excep i had to lower the weights some  😦 I also added a lower back excersice. It felt like my back was on fire hahaha doing that excercise. So great. I will and I am getting stronger day by day. My weights overall was a little more than last week, eventhough my wrists was hurting!

  • 5 minute running warmup
  • Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown: 20kg x 12, 25kg x 10, 20kg x 12
  • One-Arm Dumbbell Row (on each side): 4kg x 12, 4kg x 12, 5kg x 12, 6kg x 12
  • Seated Cable Rows: 15kg x 12, 15kg x 12, 10kg x 12 (this is where my right wrist started hurthing)
  • Underhand Cable Pulldowns: 20kg x 12, 20kg x 12, 25kg x 12 (here my left wrist started to hurt)
  • Dumbbell Alternate Bicep Curl: 5kg x 12, 4kg x 12, 4kg x 12 (left wrist was hurting)
  • One Arm Dumbblell Preacher Curl (on each side): 3kg x 12, 3kg x 12, 3kg x 12 (left writs hurting)
  • Standing Biceps Cable Curl: 2.5kg x 12, 5kg x 12, 5kg x 12
  • Hyperextensions (Back Extensions): 10, 7, 10

Whole30 Day 16 completed!

I slept in so I had late breakfast, went to the gym and had late lunch. I only had a smoothie and pear for dinner at the Leadership Bootcamp. I was hungry on my way home so I ate some nuts, not in picture. And I was stil hungry when I got home so I made some late evening snack.

  • Pre-Workout Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, bacon, persimmon and a carrot red orange smoothie
  • Post-Workout Lunch: Oven baked salmon, sweetpotato mash with spinach salad
  • Light dinner: Coco smoothie and a pear
  • Late evening snack: 2 scrambled eggs, physalis, banana dusted with cinamon and shredded coconut

Whole30 day 6! Didn’t go as planned

Hiiiiii i had a lovely day today. I slept in, i guess my body was still tired. Woke up made breakfast, then i was cleaning. The process is boring, yes cleaning is boring, but the result is always the same I feel liberated.
After that i prepared breakfast and lunch for tomorrow.  I will be at church volunteering from 7.30 till about 14. So i made some on the go foods. Can’t wait to eat some 🙂
Tonight i was invited to one of my dear friends for a girls taco night 🙂 it was great seeing these girls chatting and eating. I love spending time with great people. I did end up cheating some and I don’t regret it or sweat it, I will prolong my Whole30 with a few more days to complete a whole30 without cheating. But to sum up my day in one word lovely 😀

Here is what i ate today


  • Brunch – Sweetpotato cakes with fried eggs and bacon (im not a huge fan of it so i only eat a little sometimes) + i ate one banana
  • Lunch – Leftover salmon with sauteed beets and spinach carrot salad
  • Dinner – Taco’s (ground beef, chicken fajitas, salad, guacamole, salsa and for desert I made a avocado fruit bowl (+my cheat thats not on picture was vine, a smal sliver of flourless chocolate cake and corn chips) I’m not perfect but thats ok, I will just try harder 🙂


Hiiiiii jag hade en härlig dag i dag. Jag tog sovmorgon, jag antar att min kropp var fortfarande trött. Vaknade gjorde frukost, sen städade jag. Processen är tråkigt, ja städning är tråkigt, men resultatet är alltid detsamma jag känner mig befriad.
Efter att jag förberett frukost och lunch inför imorgon. Jag kommer att vara i kyrkan som volontär från 7.30 till cirka 14. Så jag gjorde en del lätt mat att ta med. Längtar tills jag får äta lite 🙂
Ikväll var jag inbjuden till en av mina kära vänner för en tjej tako kväll 🙂 det var kul att se tjejerna och chatta och äta. Jag ville sluta fuska lite och jag ångrar inte det, jag kommer att förlänga mitt Whole30 med några fler dagar att slutföra en hel whole30 utan fusk. Men för att sammanfatta min dag i ett ord härlig: D

Vad jag åt

  • Brunch – Sötpotatis kakor med stekt ägg och bacon (jag är inte ett stort fan av det så jag äter bara lite ibland) + jag åt en banan.
  • Lunch – Resterna av laxen med sauterade rödbetor och spenat morotssallad
  • Middag – Tako (köttfärs, kyckling fajitas, sallad, guacamole, salsa och till dessert  gjorde jag en avokado fruktskål (+ mitt fusk är inte på bilden men var var vin, en smal skiva av mjölfri Chokladtårta och majschips) Jag är inte perfekt men det är ok, jag ska bara försöka hårdare 🙂

Green Pineapple Smoothie + This is Christmas Show. Pics from my lovely sunday!

Had a fantastic day today. Started the day with a really tasty Pineapple Green Smoothie. Then by 11 went to the gym and had a cardio/ streching day. It felt great, and it was the 4th time this week I worked out 😀 After the gym came home and cooked some yummy foods to eat, before I got ready to go to see This is Christmas show that my church Hillsong Stockholm produced.

My morning pre-workout smoothie. I love these great smoothies so scrumptious and easy to make before the gym.

Green Pineapple Smoothie


  • Hand full of spinach
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 10 almonds
  • 1 tsp green superfood
  • 1 tsp hempprotein
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water


Blend all together in a mixer well and enjoy!!!!!

My post-workout meal it consisted of oven baked sweet potato, egg, tuna cakes topped with tomato spinach sauce, sauerkraut and some fresh spinach. Yum yum yum!

I was really excited to see the x-mas show and I’m happy we came early. We were there 1 hour before the show started. Lucky us we were at the up front of the line, looking at the picture the line was looonnng. It was about 2000 people there. The show was magnificent and the vocals WOW, we have some really fantasticly talented people in my church. Hillsong Stockholm ❤ I loved loved loved the show!!!!!!

After we went to eat some food at Orkidé Thai Restaurant. I had a cheat day and mmmm it was really good! We all ordered the special plate with desert.

Chocolate Heaven!!!!!!

I was really craving chocolate tonight so I just made this delicious chocolate mousse. Yummy indeed. It’s great to create something so delicious and decadent and not feel guilty or heavy after eating it. Oh my 😀

Why is this an healthy option? Well let me share some great information!

Coconut milk – Coconut contains potassium, electrolytes, iron, sodium, magnesium, zinc and chloride, all of which help to keep the body hydrated and properly functioning.

Carob – helps to regulate the digestion process, while serving as a natural anti-allergic, antiseptic, and anti-bacterial agent. It contains tannins that are rich in gallic acid, which give it its beneficial effects. Additionally, carob provides powerful anti-viral benefits that supply the body with essential antioxidants. contains fiber that naturally helps to regulate blood sugar levels.

Cacao – All raw forms of cacao are filled with iron, dietary fiber, calcium, zinc, potassium and antioxidants. Raw cacao is a rich source of antioxidant flavonoids that promote cardiovascular health and protect against toxins. The antioxidant flavonoids in raw cacao can help improve circulation, regular heartbeat and blood pressure. Additionally, they help the body repair itself and resist free-radical toxins.   • 1/2 can coconut milk
  • 2 dates
  • 2 tsp carob powder

  • Raspberries
  • Walnuts
  • Shredded coconut


Mix all ingredients to a smooth consistency in a mixer then pour up in a bowl and topp with some delicious rasberries, walnuts and shredded coconut.



Jag var verkligen sugen choklad ikväll så jag gjorde denna läckra choklad mousse. Verkligen Yummy. Det är kul att skapa något så läckert och dekadenta och inte känna skuld eller tung efter att ha ätit det. Oh my 😀

Varför är detta ett hälsosamt alternativ? Låt mig dela lite bra information!

  • 1/2 burk kokosmjölk
  • 2 dadlar
  • 2 tsk carob pulver
  • 2 tsk kakao
  • 1 tsk kakao nibs


  • Hallon
  • Valnötter
  • Riven kokos

Gör så här

Blanda alla ingredienser till en slät konsistens i en mixer häll sedan upp i en skål och garnera med några hallon, valnötter och riven kokos.
