I arrived safe on friday 🙂 I was extremely tired after my trip, since I only slept 4 hours before I went to the airport and then I was awake for 26 hours before I slept again. I’m still tired and jetlag but have had an awesome weekend and beginning of this week. I have been busy seeing friends and having a great time 😀
Flying over Grand Canyon
I made this Crisp Apple Carrot Ginger smoothie when I woke up Saturday morning. Very yummy. I used 1 apple 2 carrots and 1/4 inch(1/2 cm) ginger and some alkaline water.
On Saturday I went to eat at Versailles Cuban Restaurant with my lovely friend Lauren. Love that garlic chicken with plantains. After we went to a place called Ma’Kai in Santa Monica and we had a blast. Lol look at the guy photobombing our picture hahaha. Of course he wanted to be in the picture with two hot looking women 😉 On of my other friends came and joined us too. After all the dancing we were hungry or I should say I was hungry lol so we went to a place called Swingers Diners to eat and nope it is not what you think its lol its a cool spot to eat after a night out.
I came home and went to bed by 4 in the morning and i woke up 3 hours later and couldn’t go back to sleep. So I decided to relax before I got ready to go to church. I miss my old church Hope’s House it was fantastic to be there and to see some of my lovely friends.
My lunch after church was this really fresh kale fruit salad with freshly made juice. The juice had kale, carrot, celeri, beetroot, apple and lime. So fresh and delisious. The salad had kale, strawberries, rasberries, avocado and drizzle with lime juice.
On monday I went to Downtown LA to the fabric district with my awesomest friend La Joyce ❤ It was great to be back down there. I love that place! After we went to Venice Beach it was a super hot day so it was really nice lying on the beach ❤ ❤
After the beach I made this Oh So Yummy smoothie it was random ingredients I threw together. But wow how delicious it was!!!!!
Recepie: for 2
- 2 stems of kale
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 hand full of blueberries
- 1 hand full of raspberries
- 1 hand full of strawberries
- 1 tbsp almondbutter
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
- 1 scop protein powder
- 1/4 cup almonmilk
- 11oz zico coconut water
- 1/2 cup alkaline water
In the evening my friend Lauren picked me up and we went to her place to eat. And I meet her sweet, fun and crazy rommies Sarah and Jacob. Love there appartment!
On Tuesday I went to eat lunch with a friend then went to one of my favorite places when I lived in the valley Lake Balboa. It is such a peaceful and beautiful place to be at.
In the evening I had dinner with one of my old roomies at one of my favorit food places ever Cheesecake Factory ❤ It was so great to see her! I had this delicious Seard Tuna Tataki Salad for dinner. Wow it was yummy!!!!
